Shipping policy
During the winter and any other cooler months, we will ship Monday-Friday. During the summer and any other warm months, we primarily ship on Monday and Tuesday (and Wednesday if nearby). This is so customers can receive the best quality candle. Shipping in the middle of the week or later risks the candle being stuck in a warehouse or truck over the weekend, leading to extended exposure to heat, which could melt some of the candle wax.
You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.
Please note, due to COVID-19, our mailing partners may be experiencing shipping and processing delays.
If at any point your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
